I have been lucky enough to train with Or for almost 9 (!) years now and I am beyond excited that this app has launched! Or is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and about working with people through injuries and limitations. When I started with her nine years ago I was recovering from a year of limited mobility and chronic pain due to a herniated disc in my lower back. She took the time to consult others and seek out opportunities to learn more about my specific injury as she worked with me. Within a year I was doing proper squats with a rack, and I completely credit my push ups and deadlifts to her. Her classes are SO challenging but she makes them fun - loving the Programs she has built into the app and excited to keep taking both her live and on demand classes!

About Me

After serving for 4.5 years in the Israeli Air Force and a successful career in Cyber Security, Or moved to New York City to pursue Dance. There, she discovered her true passion: Fitness.
Or is a certified trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Pre-Post Natal specialist (PROnatal Fitness). She is a lead EQX group fitness and EQX+ Instructor.
With a competitive spirit and love of community, Or constantly seeks new challenges through various events and fosters networking and community building with her brand, "ORRIORS".

Yes, your cancelation button is available on your profile and we are making this process hassle free.

At Orriors, we offer a variety of strength, conditioning (HIIT), barre, and stretch classes. We are also working on adding more programs and guest instructors. Our live classes currently include barre and strength & conditioning.

We add a minimum of three new classes per week. We also offer a variety of live classes via Zoom to help keep you accountable, provide live feedback, and foster a sense of community.

No, we launched Orriors just a few weeks ago and are still building our worldwide community. We will be offering different times until we settle on a schedule that fits most of our members.

We love our Orriors Mamas and are working on a program just for you! We are committed to uploading a new program monthly, including but not limited to pre-postnatal, lower body transformation, running programs, at-home programs, gym programs, and more. Please join our Instagram for updates about new drops.

At the moment, we offer two types of memberships: Class Only: Includes access to all live classes, on-demand workouts, live chat, and nutrition guidelines. All-Inclusive: Includes unlimited live and on-demand classes and access to specialty gym and at-home programs.

Yes- if you signed up from the Apple Store. For Stripe subscribers, this option doesn't exist just yet. You can cancel your membership and change the subscription model at any time of direct message to Or@orriors.com and you will be taken care of

Yes, Orriors classes will push you, challenge you and will change your perspective on fitness. But we don't believe in excuses. We are offering beginners friendly programs and classes for you to tap into your inner Orriors, and keep trying until you are fully confident. One thing for sure- once you become Orriors, you can never go back.
